Ketomed Ketoconazole Cream 2%

Ketomed Ketoconazole Cream 2% contains Ketoconazole. Ketomed used to treat fungal infections of the skin and mucous membranes, such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, dermatophyte infections of the skin or fingernails, candidiasis (fungal infection or thrush) and tinea vesicolor.

Ketoconazole is used to treat infections caused by a fungus or yeast. It works by killing the fungus or yeast or preventing its growth.

Applied to the skin it is used for fungal skin infections such as tinea, cutaneous candidiasis, pityriasis versicolor, dandruff, and seborrheic dermatitis.
